So good! My boyfriend and I went to Rouge this past weekend. We were looking for an intimate Miami spot overlooking the water, and our research online led us to Rouge. The views were gorgeous, and the interior was so chic. We got a cozy table for two and ended up making a night out of it. I was really impressed by their cocktail menu. Birthday Celebration! – I had heard great things about Rouge from all of my friends. I took my brother down for his 21st birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! For seafood lovers, I highly recommend the PEI Atlantic Salmon- it was perfectly cooked. My chocolate-loving brother had the chocolate royale for dessert, and loved it! He and I will always remember the Rouge for serving him his first drink, the Razz Chocotini- definitely recommend it! Thanks Rouge for making my brother’s birthday so special!
Divine Dining Rouge Waterfront Dining has the ability to take you to another world. I went to Rouge for a birthday dinner and was impressed with the stylish red and white dcor. The waiter at the bar recommended the Rouge Martini to kick off my night, and it did not disappoint! For dessert I ordered the Chocolate Royale? only one word to describe it ?? Divine!
Dine in Style – I went to Rouge this past weekend for the first time with a group of friends. I was completed blown away by its location – the waterfront view is stunning! As we walked in it felt like I was in South Beach or New York- very stylish interiors! We hung out and had cocktails and dinner. The one menu item that I am ordering next time was the Rack of Lamb. My boyfriend let me taste his and it was delicious!
Great food & view! – Living in Miami, there are so many restaurants to choose from, but Rouge is definitely a must! I went for the first time on a date and the atmosphere was comfortable and added to the amazing waterfront view. I could not turn down the duck starter salad, and convinced my date to share with me. The grouper was amazing and I was too full for dessert, but will save room next time because the selections looked awesome. Can’t wait to go back!
Best Dessert – Many of these other reviews talk about Rouge’s great entrees. Don’t get me wrong, the food is superb, but you cannot skip dessert! Their desserts are perfect for either the fruit or the chocolate lover. If you’re like me and crave chocolate on a regular basis, get the Chocolate Royale. It is the most delicious blend of white and dark chocolate mousse. It’s so good! The beautiful presentation is an added bonus too.
Awesome! – I recently went to Rouge in North Miami with my brother to celebrate his new job. We both love seafood and figured we would give it a try. We were very impressed. The service was awesome and the views of the water were beautiful. We ordered the oysters to start and really enjoyed them. Awesome! I live in North Miami and always like to check out the newest places. I have passed by Rouge several times, and finally decided to give it a try. Overall, I was really impressed. The staff was awesome. They were very friendly and attentive, and gave great recommendations on what to order. I went on a first date with a guy I had met, and the atmosphere was perfect. Nothing but the Best! – We had a great experience at Rouge when I took my girlfriend out for her birthday. It was our first time there but we had heard so many great things about this place that we had to try it out. The food was really great… I had the 10oz Churrasco and my girlfriend had the Chilean Sea Bass, they were both incredible, the steak was perfectly cooked and cut like butter!
