I want to take a moment to recognize Dr. Travis Graetz because he truly made such a difference during what was a really worrisome and daunting visit for me. I hate leaving negative reviews but I feel like I have to say something. I came in during a really stressful and worrying time, and unfortunately Dr. Rovina Fiona Pinto made an already difficult experience feel even harder. She wasn't pleasant to interact with at all. There was no warmth, no reassurance, nothing that made me feel at ease even slightly. I had been experiencing a recurring coughing issue every few months over the past four years, which multiple healthcare providers were unable to diagnose. During a visit here, I saw a Dr. Kevin Charles Moran who was highly knowledgeable and quickly identified the underlying issue. The entire experience was efficient—I was in and out within an hour. This was, without a doubt, the best healthcare experience I’ve had in Canada.
In my two recent visit, I experienced the best service in the ER in my entire Canadian life. From Triage to waiting area to see a doctor every steps was quick smooth and staff were very friendly. I believe our Healthcare System is getting back on its feet. Appreciated their service. This skeleton made my day in the room.
They should have a lot more HANDICAP parking spots closed to the Picking up & Drop off area for this day of centery [ I saw a lot of patients (in & out) from the centre without wheelchair :( All Health Network Centrell ].
