Absolutely obsessed with the roses I received from here! They are stunning, fresh, and fabulous every single time. The quality and beauty never disappoint — highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers at all. After paying $350 for 4 bouquets of willow flowers with ugly wrapping, they refused to exchange them, offer any store credit, partial refund, or any kind of solution. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue since these flowers were gifts for teachers. I even offered to pay for delivery again just to exchange the bouquets, but they still refused to help. Absolutely horrible experience. This is the last time I will ever order anything from them.
