I always come to this location. Margarita is impeccable when it comes to arrangements. She always makes the most incredible bouquets for any occasion. Rouge Rose is my favorite flower store!
Very disappointed with the service. I called to place a flower order, and they promised to send me photos of the available arrangements. I waited almost five hours, but nobody sent anything or contacted me. I understand that businesses can get busy, but that is not an excuse to ignore customers or forget about their orders. If you truly believe every customer is important, then your service should reflect that with clear communication and reliability.
