Accuracy and following through with promises BAIT...NO GIFT DELIVERED Edited 02.26.2021- Took possession 12.17.20. Still waiting on luxury gift as of today. Originally ROU sent to WRONG ADDRESS ?? Yesterday said he/she took to USPS PERSONALLY yesterday 02.25.21. Only shows label printed. Don't waste your time with these people. Once they get you to sign their paperwork you are forgotten. SCAM
My "realtor" wasn't much help at all. He didn't even bother to schedule my apartment viewing. I've gone through this whole process alone and instead of setting me up with somebody new, this company continues to give me the run around. I haven't even received my "premium gift" or been given any real helpful info about the rent back program. I see how this company treats people of color. I would not recommend
