Scheduled for them to come out on a Monday and no showed. Tried to call them and couldn’t reach anyone but later received a text. Duke came out on a Wednesday. Said he could fix a contact and would let me know in 24 hours. 5 days go by and I don’t hear from him. Terrible service. He says that I am impatient but please tell me how that timeline is reasonable with zero communication? Included screenshot of text history for proof. I understand that they are short staffed but it does not make it okay to ignore and ghost their customers. There is always a solution to a problem and this company does not solve problems but only cause more problems. Duke or Angela, please call me. I want to cancel my service and I cannot get in touch with you via phone or email.
I have used Rottweiler Systems for more than 15 years and have always found them to go out of their way to make sure things are right and work best for me and my staff. We have two properties with them and have nothing but high praise for this company.
