Doctor Rottmam was very blunt in explaining what was happening with my vision and stressing nothing could be done. He spent no time discussing my situation. Infact as soon as he said nothing could be done, he indicated the appointment was over. He was the coldest most uncaring doctor I've ever dealt with. On top of that, I didn't receive a bill until two months after my appointment and it was flagged as past due!
This is one of the best optometrist offices I’ve been to. They are patient with my kids, wait times have been reasonable.
It was a great visit. They spent the needed time and were very thorough. Dr Ford is great.
My first visit to Dr. Ford was today for a eye exam. The staff was pleasant and the doctor was thorough. Overall, I had a positive experience.
