Appt was 20 min late all other fine
Dr Rottman is the best ! I had an issue with my left eye and he fit me in when there was a busy schedule prior to a holiday weekend. Greatly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.
The people at Rottman Eye Care are wonderful. Every member of the staff, from the time I arrived, was friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to, while at the same time being informative, helpful, and professional. The calm relaxed atmosphere made the process of getting an exam and glasses pleasurable.
Visited a provider here today. He told me he didn’t know how to treat a condition I’m dealing with, which is totally fine inherently. I understand doctors don’t know everything . The thing I have a problem with is that he failed to provide any avenues for additional education or even referrals to other doctors.
