Khalid my field technician has been great. He's informative and explains everything he's going to do. He sends a email the date of my next appointment and when he's on his way on day of service. Khalid my tech is great. He listens about my concerns and provides great feedback. Explains exactly what he doing and what my expectations should be. Khalid came and inspected the traps on 6/25/24.
