I have found in my experience with Rottler that communication has always been clear. I like that the technician calls beforehand to find a convenient time to service our house. They also started leaving a message summarizing the work done on that day. All my questions have been answered in a respectful manner. Technicians wear a neat attractive uniform which shows the company cares for its employees and also their desire to be professional.
Jonathan at Rottlier Pest Control always does a great job inspecting for bugs inside and outside and then applying the necessary products to keep our home protected. He’s very thorough and professional and nice!

We have used Rottler for 2 years now and been very pleased with their services. They were very effective in caring for a mole problem in our yard and have also taken care of a bug and mouse problem another service could not solve. I appreciate having a specific person to contact that will come to our home if off schedule assistance is needed. They stand behind the commitments they make in their service.
This is a great pest control company! They came out and treated my mom's house for spiders, and we haven't seen any since. They continue to treat her house every other month, and we couldn't ask for better service. They really know their stuff when it comes to unwanted pests in your house!
