Great Service! Friendly Staff! Christine resized the braclet on my watch quickly. Rottermond has always treated me well.
I went in the first visit to get a small gift for someone .. since then I have been in three times … every time I go in the ladies working have been very pleasant and insightful when helping me .. the pendant I bought there was gorgeous .. but the very best thing so far . I walked in to have a watch resized and was in and out in 10 minutes! Leah was friendly, professional, and performed the altercation free of charge. While I waited I was offered a beverage and had a chance to check out some Shinola watches. Will definitely return in the future!
They were all super nice and helpful. I needed my watch readjusted and they did so quickly. They also took the links out free of charge. Will be back!
Jennifer adjusted my watch band and was amazing. Would highly recommend having future service done or purchase jewelry in the future!!
