After having our septic serviced, unbeknownst to me the lid was only secured with one screw, rather than all screws. I only found this out after letting my dog out back. As he was running around, his leg caught the edge of the lid and popped the septic lid off about halfway (enough for my dog to potentially fall into the tank.) luckily I was able to grab him and bring him inside shortly after it happened. The worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime. Loyal customers to this company for almost 20 years. I will never support this business again. Called several times over the course of several weeks to get someone to come out and give an estimate for a septic lid. Spoke to the receptionist who supposedly relays the message and will have someone call back.
