Office girls are unprofessional, and inexperienced and rude! They get a approval for services that are covered then tell you it is not guarantee of payment. Yes it is! My insurance company had to call to explain to her how to do her job. She kept insisting I had a co pay when the co pay was paid but not checking with the insurance dept you would not know that! The dentist took 2 hours to figure out she couldn't do a cap without the lab last year. Office people are rude, unprofessional and try to charge more than allowed with insurance. The girls at desk kept changing my scheduled appt time, 3x then cancelled. After a 3month wait for appt. This is not a one time thing. Very interesting how Kevin wrote that the receptionist was rude and nasty because a phone call wasn’t returned when he left a message, so if a phone call wasn’t returned how was the Receptionist rude and nasty? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

This place is a scam, and when you call them on it they refuse to treat you, I wanted caps put on my front teeth, they refused and recommended some other type of cap, the first one lasted 2 months, so back again and another $100 out of pocket, this one falls off while brushing my teeth in less then 3 weeks, so I call and they refuse to fix it, they want me to get dentures on the upper, I call 9 days. Receptionist was very rude and nasty, called to cancel appt. due to family member in the hospital. Never returned my call after I left a message on Friday. I would say she is the worst customer service individual I have ever had contact with.
