Checking time open 7 AM park on street go to office check-in they right way, give you dock don’t go inside for parking lot? They not allow you on street. Have sign park on street go check in nighttime parking. Not sure have some truck park on street. Restroom not available

Sign for park truck on street and walk for checkin but i spent night at door without any problem. Nice people and quick unloading. No restroom rooms inside and outside.

Lady in office is extremely rude. I pulled in and came into the office and said good morning. She doesn’t respond and immediately starts speaking to me like Im a 3 year old telling me there is a sign out front that says to park on the street and walk inside. The sign was blocked by another truck so it was not visible. I was sent to this location by Mercer Milling at 9:00am and my appointment was at 9:30am. I was told there were 7 trucks in front of me and she would call me when they were ready for me.

Lady at desk was rude. i was pulled in warehouse. i think there was sign at entrance park ur truck on road.then come i was not paying attention that because try to figure out where is warehouse i knew at the point i was wrong I apologize to her but she kept argue with me.that's not why to treating someone. Drivers waiting roughly 2 hours for unloading.
