WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE Disappointed is not enough to describe my experience with the service department. If I could I would give them 0 stars. From the manager to the advisors the lack of accountability and follow through with their promises is ridiculous. I took in my brand new silverado after a month of purchasing it. Truthfully...This person didn't try to sell me anything else got to the point..
I had grease all over the side of my truck and on steering wheel. My door jam and inner door plastic cover had scuff markings. I don't think workers are mindful of customers vehicles.
