Overall very happy with the service. Michael S. arrived promptly, within about 2 hours of my calling and within the estimated arrival time. He provided a straightforward estimate, discussed options, and worked with me to get the job done at a reasonable price. Clogged sewar line was cleared within 30 minutes. Provided some suggestions for eventual plumbing upgrades (it's a 60 year old house), but did not try to upsell excessively or use other high-pressure tactics (like I've seen with some other plumbing services).
