Stephen was Very Nice & Professional. Explained things clearly. Did a Great job and cleaned up afterwards. Pleasantly Surprised.
Just needed a simple cleanout in our bathroom sink. It was clogged behind the wall so it needed a simple snake job. They wanted $395 for 5ft max of snaking. I told the guy, Stephen, I needed to make some calls before I gave him the go ahead. He immediately got defensive and made me feel foolish for even considering other options. He was a smartass and said, "don't you want a working sink again?". Like bro even if the price was reasonable, you lost your sale with your attitude.
