We have used Rotostatic on numerous occasions over the years. While the technician does a good job and the results are good, the last three times the technician has been late for the appointment. We booked the first appointment of the day the last two times to ensure an "on time" experience. That didn't matter as today he was an hour and a quarter late with no phone call to advise he would not be on time. Last time was the same thing, terribly late.
