Technician never showed up. Was told twice the they would be here and never shows. Called technician who said I was skipped, even though the office assured me that they were coming. Don't depend on them.
We were having issues with water backing up in our garage when we would run our washing machine. Zac came out on short notice and while being short staffed that day. He really went above and beyond to get us squared away. He also used the camera to help us find our cleanouts which were all buried underground by the previous owners. I cannot recommend Zac and this Roto Rooter enough! A+++++++

Excellent service by Glen. Had to break up concrete in basement to expose our main sewer cleanouts. Discovered and removed tree roots clogging the sewer line. Very friendly service and left no mess!
Glenn came out the same day I reported the toilet clog and was very thorough and fixed the clog quick. He was very professional and I'd recommend Roto-Rooter for anyone needing future services
