Roy from York pa came out immediately on a Friday night and unclogged my main drain. i would highly recommend
Had a pinhole leak today in our ceiling, called roto rooter and the tech that showed up was Roy, let me just start off by saying Roy is one heck of a dude. He came in with peak professionalism and found the problem in less than 10 minutes. He explained our options gave us a rough estimate (which was spot on by the way). Excellent service. Responsive. Respectful. Reasonable. I will call them again when in need.
Technician never showed up. Was told twice the they would be here and never shows. Called technician who said I was skipped, even though the office assured me that they were coming. Don't depend on them.
We were having issues with water backing up in our garage when we would run our washing machine. Zac came out on short notice and while being short staffed that day. He really went above and beyond to get us squared away. He also used the camera to help us find our cleanouts which were all buried underground by the previous owners. I cannot recommend Zac and this Roto Rooter enough! A+++++++
