Excellent service, quick response and reasonable price. My washing machine drain was backing up. I called around 12:30 pm. They arrived around 1:30 and was finished by 2:00pm. Will definitely use again.
Came out to my new house got me right in Columbus same day like to get job done
On Saturday there was a 42 home drainage backup. Roto rooter sent out Plumber Justin Booker. He is in in 20s. This was a job for at least 3 plumbers. My wife and I can tell he arrived with a plan . He went to the outside drain covers and drain lines immediately. He attacked the horrific build up in the drain pipes that was in the whole neighborhood caused by 3 homes. Awful experience. The Columbus office indicated that they are a franchise location and they do not offer "free estimates". The information that Corporate has is incorrect pertaining to local franchise offices. This is all after they sent an inexperienced tech that left a toilet leak. After I asked for someone to come out and resolve they indicated they charged me for a service call which is $80 instead of the full $240.
