Mr. Dencle was friendly, quick and attentive at the job. He got all my drains cleaned out and great water flow in just a few short minutes. Good conversation too. He loved on my Yorkies which is always a huge treat for my dogs when they get visitors. I don't want my drains stopped up again. But if they do he is who I'm going to call!
Fast acting! They come as soon as they are available and do it in a patient caring manner as well. You’re not just another customer with them.
First, let me say — DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER BARTLESVILLE! Their customer service is the worst and you’ll be left with a mess. I had a clog and a small pipe leak in the spare bath sink (that I’ve since learned was a pressure leak caused by the clog). I called Roto-Rooter because everyone said they were great and another friend said she used them for all her plumbing needs.
