Mr. Dencle was friendly, quick and attentive at the job. He got all my drains cleaned out and great water flow in just a few short minutes. Good conversation too. He loved on my Yorkies which is always a huge treat for my dogs when they get visitors. I don't want my drains stopped up again. But if they do he is who I'm going to call!

First, let me say — DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER BARTLESVILLE! Their customer service is the worst and you’ll be left with a mess. I had a clog and a small pipe leak in the spare bath sink (that I’ve since learned was a pressure leak caused by the clog). I called Roto-Rooter because everyone said they were great and another friend said she used them for all her plumbing needs. I called Roto-Rooter in a panic tonight because our sewer was backing up into our showers and tubs. They were at our home within an hour, quickly assessed our situation and determined that my husband’s attempts to clear the clog had worked and nothing further was needed at this time; what a relief! I was prepared for a decent bill since it was after hours and emergent, but instead wasn’t even charged! He gave me their card and told me to call if we ever needed help again; I absolutely will!
