I used Roto Rooter approximately 8 yrs ago and was very pleased with the service, attention to detail and the price. I first called Mr Rooter by mistake and the guy that showed up with a bad attitude, over priced quote, and excuses. The quote was given at $ 700 so I politely asked this man to leave my house. Excellent service from Roto-Rooter. Serious and sudden sewer backup Dispatch from Roto-Rooter's main office on a busy Monday was most appreciated. An excellent technician; Roger's first move was to check the house-to-street to ensure the problem wasn't under City jurisdiction. There were impediments in two places that were dealt with in relatively short order. No back-and-forth to a truck.
