Roto rooter came to do some snake work and the person that came to do it was useless. The guy complained the whole time and kept telling me how hard it would be and also complained when i told him to put clean shoes on inside. We used a different company and this younger guy did both snakes no problem and no complaining. Wouldn't recommend theses guys after this experience.
Came in at midnight despite loads of bookings. Great and quick plumbing services, Mooris was great to have around and went above and beyond to complete the job.
No negative stars to apply. Too bad. If you like to be yelled at by a service provider who doesn't do a complete job, call them. Another company came to complete their work, thankfully. Abusive, rude, inadequate.
This is the 2nd time I used Roto-Rooter’s services. And I am amazed. They came out at 3am the first time for my townhouse to fix a drainage. Extremely professional takes the time to explain what is happening. These guys are my go too! Thanks a lot!
