They never told me the price changed until after the work was done. No approval, no heads-up — just a higher bill at the end. Very unprofessional.
Isaiah replaced our unique faucet valve cartridge and made the faucet stopped dripping. He did a great job and had excellent customer services. Their call center representative was really helpful as well.
Michael was very thorough as he explained the entire process involved in fixing the issue with my toilet. He was able to resolve the problem completely with a new valve & supply line. The cost was much higher than I had anticipated, however I don't place the blame on Michael.
