Roto-Rooter was 2nd place I called to clear the urinal drain. It was 2 hours between me calling Roto-Rooter and my drain being cleared and flowing. My first call was our usual plumber. They sent a guy right out but he couldn’t clear it and after two days I got a bid to remove fixture from the wall and for $1,400 get the drain cleared.
Probably the best drain cleaning company on Hawaii Island! Their technician quickly cleared a deep clog that I can't been able to do with a rental snake. Their pricing is very reasonable and they don't try to peddle unnecessary services. Another competitor I called first quoted over $1100 in services and wouldn't even guarantee that they would get the drain clear. Glad I sent them away and called Roto Rooter instead.
I had an emergency plumbing problem. They answered the phone and Steve came promptly after midnight!
