My first contact was with the young woman who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment for our backed-up washing machine. I was impressed by her professionalism, by the questions she asked about our situation and about the information she provided in advance of the plumber’s arrival. They arrived promptly, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and offered advice about how to avoid the backup in the future (and save money). I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I called for leak detection and in addition to costing $335/hr, the soonest someone can make it out here is ten days from now. I may as well abandon the line and put in another for that much money. Also, it's not good business to answer a caller inquiring about scheduling to start off your answer with, "unfortunately..."
