A bolt snapped in my toilet, causing it to be unusable. I called Roto Rooter at 8am. A very nice young lady said that a plumber would be here within one hour and would give me an estimate. Should I not want the service, he would leave - no service charge! He arrived on time, very nice, professional and the toilet was repaired - Very happy with Roto Rooter. Kathy
I called for service yesterday and today we have a new sewer line! After many years of backups and corroded pipes we had no choice but to replace the pipes.So that we did not have do too much damage to the driveway, they did a pipe burst to make room for a new line.. The workmen explained everything and were very efficient. I highly recommend this group as we have used them many times before with good results!

Hello! My name is Sarah T. I live in Philadelphia, PA and I recently had a sewage issue in my basement on 2/29/12. I needed a plumber and my grandson recommended that I call Roto-Rooter. He told me they did good work at his house, they give free estimates and they have very reasonable prices. I called and a worker named Keith ID#985 was sent to do the repair. Roto-Rooter Service on August 1, 2010. We had a serious sewer backup problem with water and waste coming into our basement. We called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday morning and the plumber, Steve, was there in less than an hour. He was polite and considerate, even tolerating our high-strung dog barking and growling at him. I called around noon for a clogged toilet. Mark West contacted me and said that he could be here this afternoon and that he would call when he was on his way. He called, was here in 10 minutes. He asked me questions to make sure the problem was with just the one toilet, removed the clog and gave some suggestions to prevent clogs in the future. Mark has been here before and is always very professional, gets the job done, answers questions and cleans up. I love roto-rooter!
