Had a 50 year old sewer line back up into my house. David came out immediately but it was night. Couldn't find the trap. Returned at 6:45 the next morning, snaked the line and found a root blocking 80% of the inside of the pipe. Suggested I replace the line, I agreed. The rest of the crew showed up within minutes, worked all day and completed the job. This included hitting ground water 10 feet down at the street. Root Rooter was at my door within 15 minutes of making a call about the water damage in my basement. It was assessed and a water mitigation team was at my home an hour after the assessor left. I’ve never seen service with this level of quality be that quick. The plumber they sent after the mitigation team was professional, personable and was transparent about everything that happened and what he needed to do to fix the problem. Would HIGHLY recommend Roto-Rooter!
