Everyone at the company, starting with both personal I spoke to on the phone and the ones that came to my home the first time were very helpful and respectful in every way. The second time that someone came, the plumber that came smelled like weed and was high and didn’t know what he was saying. He didn’t have appropriate clothing either. People have kids in their homes. They need to be aware of who they send to which houses. Obviously there’s no dress or hygiene code. The smell of weed is extremely unpleasant.

We had an emergency plumbing incident where there was one to two inches of water, slightly flooding our first floor of our house. Roto Rooter came out promptly, and met us with kindness, honesty, integrity and a pure sense of care and concern. Dennis was above and beyond our expectations.
