Gabriel came out on Thanksgiving morning and save the day!
They not only didn't fix the problem, they actually capped off our sewer line and made things worse. We had another flood in the house the folloiwng day.
Gabriel and Oscar did a wonderful job of cleaning out a stubborn kitchen drain that was backed up until (God knows when)... Very kind and considerate of my mother who's older. They did their best to consider her budget as well.
Professional work completed. Technicians were polite and professional. Quality of work is good. Labor costs were outrageous. $2000 for cement cutting and removal 1.5 hours (approximately) Over $5000 for plumbing labor which took 2.5 - 3 hours (approximately) Total bill with materials was just under $10,000. I was not able to shop around for other estimates. If I had been able to do that perhaps I would feel differently. $7000 just for labor costs ...I feel like I was gouged.
Called on a Saturday morning because my sink backed up unexpectedly. Anthony was out to the house 45 minutes later and quickly was able to resolve our issue. Really appreciated the quick response time and expert service! Thanks again!
