This was our first time using the service. We called to help with our sink today and had a rep out to our house same day within a couple hours! Francisco did an amazing job! He was very professional and knowledgeable! He explained to us what he saw and that he could help fix it! He also had a trainee with him Shyla and she seemed like a seasoned veteran! She was kind and detail oriented! Were are very happy with the service and will be using it again if needed! We highly recommend Francisco and Shyla from Roto Rooter!

Tree roots clogged our home sewer line to the point where flow was completely stopped and there was nothing that I could do. Sean came out within 2 hours, determined the exact problem source and had it quickly resolved. He was a true professional and I appreciated it....
