This is my first time using Roto-Rooter Plumbing, everyone knows the name. Had to get someone out on a Saturday to replace backyard hose bibb which has been on there for 22 years so I figured lets give them a try, they stated they do not charge extra for weekends, I booked online about 2:30 pm which was very easy and within 10 minutes I received an email and text that Angel would be arriving between 3 and 5 same day. Had an urgent issue and technician was great and worked to solve the problem quickly.
Was having a leaking issue in the master bathroom. Juan and his trainee, were able to fix the problem without too much trouble! They were very friendly and helpful! I appreciated their work and kindness!
