Bruce was the employee who unclogged the toilet. He was extra kind also because we had just had to put our dog down. He was sympathetic to our loss. Bruce deserves 10 stars for being so efficient in his work and so kind to us during our sad loss.
8pm on a Saturday night and our sewer backed up into both bathrooms - toilets and showers. Bruce showed up in about an hour, explained what he was doing, and cleared the drain from the house to the city system. Nice guy, BTW. Yes, it was expensive, but worth every penny on a Saturday night, and I sure don’t have the equipment or the expertise for that job.
