I called three different plumbers. These guys were the only ones that could come out within an hour and get my Emergency situation fixed. Jordan was amazing to work with. I’ll make sure I’m calling Roto-Rooter first from now on
Our kitchen sink clogged up really bad. What made it really worse is somehow the upstairs tub and shower drain manages to back water up to the kitchen sink. Yuck. My usual garden hose attachment thingy didn’t work this time so I called in the pros. Angel took care of the issue quick and efficient.
8.19.2025 Jordan was prompt and professional and he repaired the toilet. Jordan knew it was something more. He called Vincent for further evaluation of the problem. It was the rest of the cast iron pipe. Everything was explained about the next step. Been using RR for years. They are prompt, communicate and have everything needed to get the jobs done.
Jordan was a great technician and provided good work. He was able to repair an issue and keep the overall repair cost low.
