Our experience with Roto-Rooter was Fantastic! We had an emergency situation with roots invading a pipe causing a backup. I called and explained the situation. Brandon arrived promptly on the same day! He explained each process concerning this matter and ultimately it was determined that a root was invading our pipe to the street. Chris arrived and he explained the procedure, the pricing and Brandon went to work on repairing the pipe. Difficult problem with my master toilet and the cast iron pipe. Michael worked here all day. Chris came with the camera, he was amazing as well. It was a very expensive job but without tearing up my house to get rid of the pipe we chose the power flush toilet.$$ Other things needed to be done first. I hope the toilet takes care of the problem. Because of the cost I now call it the queens toilet (me).
