WARNING: Avoid Roto Rooter - Negligent Service Flooded Our Home Called Roto Rooter 8/21/25 to fix rocking toilet at my mother's house. Technician Leopold took 7 HOURS and left huge gaps around toilet base. Charged $720 for terrible work. Next day: ALL water fixtures gurgling/leaking, back bedroom flooding. Called Roto Rooter - they sent field manager Jason and restoration crew. After multiple visits, drain specialist found WHITE SHOP TOWEL stuck in pipe causing all the flooding.
