I was very disappointed with the service I received with the last plumber that visited from Roto-rooter. He gave a ridiculous estimate of $10,000 for excavation on a new home that was extremely not needed. He also left the bathroom very messy and did not use proper protective material to ensure cleanliness, leaving caulking/mildew residue in the bathroom and carpet. My experience with Koustantin resolving a main sewer line clog was superb. Initially, I was not planning to book Roto Rooter to hydrojet one of the main sewer lines. The original plan was to price check another estimate. However, the phone exchange with Koustantin informed that he was a seasoned plumber and not the young technician Roto Rooter initially sent out a couple of weeks ago that was not professional and attempted to overcharge.
