The RR tech was courteous, respectful of my home and willing to keep trying when his first several attempts to unclog my kitchen sink failed. He ultimately succeeded, and the sink drain is flowing freely. This all happened on Labor Day Weekend (of course), and he already had battled traffic and a very delayed ferry to get here. I cannot overstate how satisfied I was with Rotor-Rooter.

Jesse was amazing, very knowledgeable, skilled. and informative the whole process. Jesse arrived while I was at work and found my wife o the floor and unresponsive, blood everywhere, he immediately called 911 to aid in my wife's emergency rescue. Wife is stable at the time. I don’t normally leave reviews online but Jesse was amazing. I’m a first time home owner and upon moving in we discovered a pretty significant clog that I was unable break after trying just about everything. Jesse was extremely friendly and worked with me to diagnose the problem then immediately get to work on it. It took longer than usual but he stayed determined and positive and would not stop until the job was done. They got the job done the price was ridiculously high! Jesse the plumber was terrific. 600 dollars for a plugged kitchen sink OUCH!

Adam was awesome. We were having a plumbing emergency, and he showed up on the same day and fixed our problem. He explained everything he was doing and was super thorough. We are fans!
