When you're in a bind on a Sunday and all your plumber friends won't answer the phone and your wallet's a little heavy, give Roto-Rooter a call. They came and had my sink working in under an hour and a half from start to finish very professional and had the right tools for the job. I completely understand the good fast cheap triangle now. You've got to pick two and when I called Roto-Rooter I picked good and fast

When a storm took out our sump pump I was able to schedule a visit for the next day. The tech was friendly, had the parts in the van, and gave me a discount. Worth the higher cost. I'll call again next time.

The young man that solved our problem was very good. He was efficient and very good. He kept us informed as he moved along with solving the problem, which was much appreciated. The reason we gave only 4 stars was the cost. Very high.
