I was surprised that you were able to send someone to unclog my sink drain the same day. Jesse (technician #2101) showed up exactly when promised. He told us the price for the service when he arrived and then kept my husband and me informed of what he was doing as he did it. When he left he asked me to inspect the area to make sure everything was clean to my standard. Wow! Our service Tech was Jerromy Fernandes was terrific. He was pleasant and professional. He diagnosed our problem and fixed it immediately. He was very personable unlike many service people is today's work place. I would say he is a valuable asset for Roto- Rooter. I would ask for him next time we have any problems at our home.

Jesse was great! I was relieved to get a same-day appt, since I am about to move and didn't want to leave the new owner with an overflowing toilet. He was very upfront about the pricing, which was a bit more than I hoped since the clog was in an outside pipe. But he made sure I got a senior discount, and he even cleaned up the mess the overflow made in my bathtub and floor. Highly recommended!

After exhausting all our at home fixes with negative results we gave Roto-Rooter a call. Josh showed up quickly, and was able to clear up our really clogged sink. He is very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process to us. Our sink is back to draining!
