The young man that solved our problem was very good. He was efficient and very good. He kept us informed as he moved along with solving the problem, which was much appreciated. The reason we gave only 4 stars was the cost. Very high.

We experienced fantastic service with great response during the Labor Day weekend. After some frustration, I contacted Roto Rooter and they had someone out within an hour.

The RR tech was courteous, respectful of my home and willing to keep trying when his first several attempts to unclog my kitchen sink failed. He ultimately succeeded, and the sink drain is flowing freely. This all happened on Labor Day Weekend (of course), and he already had battled traffic and a very delayed ferry to get here. I cannot overstate how satisfied I was with Rotor-Rooter.

Jesse was amazing, very knowledgeable, skilled. and informative the whole process. Jesse arrived while I was at work and found my wife o the floor and unresponsive, blood everywhere, he immediately called 911 to aid in my wife's emergency rescue. Wife is stable at the time. Greatly appreciated Jesse's quick response. My HERO
