Swift and excellent service. Adam was awesome.
Making an appointment was easy and quick. I got messages when the tech was on the way which is always nice. Adam was our tech and he was very informative and patient as we figured out our old home's quirky plumbing. He was up-front and clear about costs and what to expect. He performed the service fast and our drains were back to working condition in no time. I'd 100% recommend and will definitely call Adam again for our plumbing needs.
The technician was about an hour late from the originally promised time but we were informed about the delay. He was professional and resolved the problem in a reasonable amount of time. He quoted the price up front which we found helpful. We would use Roto Rooter again if needed.
