Adam arrived and swiftly solved our problem with a clog. He was personable and professional and we really appreciated him and the same day service!
Adam was efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was sensitive to put on shoe booties in the house. He went right to the source of the problem (overflowing septic) and told me how to take care of it - and then told me I didn’t owe Rotor Rooter anything! Zippo! Wow. I was very impressed. Thank you very much!
The technicians were fantastic, especially Stephen Fried, who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. All five of the techs who were at the house were knowledgeable and professional and very pleasant to deal with.
