$12000 bill, told faulty faucets and end up being a hose and shower piece needing fixed. Water mitigation team tore up by bathroom floor and closet for now reason and all that was needed was vanity to be removed . Pictures submitted to insurance company was not adequate so now stuck with thousands of dollars to put bathrooms back together. Found out they work on commission to do more than necessary . Customers please be careful with letting Roto rooter do any work in your home.

Had a water issue that the noises of running water around the house bothered me all night yesterday. Thought either my water heater issue or water pressure regulator was bad. To make a story short, I called Rotor Rooter and within 2 hours, they sent Christ and another worker came to my house. After inspecting the issue, they found out that there was some water spots left on the ground in the backyard.
