We had a plumbing issue and Roto Rooter sent a very pleasant plumber named Daniel. He explained my options, patiently waited when I had an interruption I had to take care of and completed the job in a timely manner. Plumbing costs are rarely low however we were given a sizable discount and the clean up job was excellent. Our Plumber also answered every plumbing question I asked him, even though it was not what he was there to do. I would request Daniel again if we have future plumbing concerns.

I had to get a new garbage disposal and fix a bad leak under my sink for a pipe that led into the concrete slab. It was in a very difficult to reach location. If this didn't work, we're talking jackhammer and getting an entirely new cabinet. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to fix it. Also, because of the contained water damage, they advised me to hire a cheaper handyman to fix the ruined floorboard, rather than their more expensive contractor.
