Tyson arrived on time and quietly and efficiently took care of our problem. He was very pleasant and even suggested a product to use monthly to keep plugs like the one we had from not reoccurring. Being able to have the plug taken care of on a Sunday was wonderful.

Our hot water heater died on Friday at 230pm. We called 5 places knowing we would probably have to go the weekend without hot water. Then we found roto-rooter who said someone could come out later that evening. Joe 4025 came out and said we needed a replacement and sat in his truck for 10 mins to try and find a place to get one because everything was closed. I needed someone to help my young Daughter and two kids with a broken water valve for a refrigerator on a Sunday, Rotor Rooter was the only company that would do it on a Sunday. Little did I know, I would definitely pay for that! 85 dollars in parts and 800 dollars in Labor!! With tax and whatever else fees was 937.00! Sad.
