We had Joe from Roto Rooter who was fantastic! He was kind enough to wear booties inside our home and even accommodated our sleeping baby performing his work quietly enough for her to nap. It’s greatly appreciated, and definitely 5 out of 5!
Came out same day on a holiday within 2hrs of the call. Before the tech arrived I got a courtesy call from their mitigation department asking if clean-up was needed. It wasn't, but I appreciate that call. Tony was polite, friendly, and kept me informed as he worked. Working in construction, I know how expensive plumbing repairs can be, especially for the public, but I still appreciated the final price. Dealing with a backed up kitchen sink when you get home from work is no fun, especially if it's due to the upstairs unit. Thankfully, the HOA allowed me to use a company and technician I trust and respect to take care of the problem. Steve Kelly came to the rescue to clear the sink line quickly and efficiently. He made sure to communicate with me at each step since I was at work and unable to be there. Thank you Steve!
