Travis was friendly and informative. He communicated in a very timely manor and was willing to work with our schedule. We would have him back anytime for any plumbing work.

I had called a different company, and they were on emergency hrs , so I called roto-rooter, and they were here with in 2 hrs, and not on emergency rates, Scott Thomas, he explained everything he's was doing, and what we needed to do, i will definitely call them back if I need another plumber, very satisfied.

Both plumbers that came out were very friendly and professional. They fixed my issue in a timely manner and did not try and oversell me for services I didn't need.

We had a new toilet that needed installation. Crescen came same day and had it done very quickly. He made sure to protect all our floors during the process and answered any questions we had. Gave us a detailed estimate of cost before starting work. Would reccomend anytime.

Eli was the best! He was so professional and made the experience light hearted - took our minds off the situation and made us feel like we were taken care of by rotor rooter. Definitely, would recommend Eli!
