Great service and technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was a little high for the time. It was over 400 dollars for less than 15 minutes. Again the service was great.

Would not recommend this company. Called for service to have a sink drain unclogged, no big rush just needed it fixed in the next day or two. Received a 4-hr arrival window for same day and thought "wow, these guys are really well organized and efficient". Then the calls started, each one about 20 minutes before the expiration of the committed arrival window... "sorry our service techs are really busy, it's raining"... This went on all day, 4 calls total the first day and at 8pm the service had to get re-scheduled to the fol... read more
Technician was well prepared with all the proper tools. He assessed the sewer blockage, knew immediately where to insert the snake. The blockage was cleared in no time. I'm very glad that he was able to solve our problem.
