I was ripped off by this company. Found out later that Local plumbing company charged half the price to fix my leak. I was charged double by roto rooter because I was in a rush to fix it and regret it. Never again !

Start to finish this was the easiest repair I’ve ever had to research and book! Knew I had a dripping outdoor spigot but it quickly went from drip to small stream and I knew it needed to be repaired sooner rather than later to avoid (further) water damage to my house/foundation. The service was awesome. They came in less than an hour. I explained what happen Connor took a look and told me what he can do and if it’s successful than I get an invoice. Chris was also there. I had ask him couple questions about the clog and he explained in detail so I understood. It didn’t take them long to fix and the next thing I knew is my sink was back to normal….what a relief!!! They both were pleasant, efficient and very professional. Thanks Roto Rooter for sending those men to help us with our problem.
