Robert came on time for appointment time. He looked around carefully to make sure this project wouldn’t creat another problem. He consulted about my needs at this moment and gave me options. He also explained clearly about other plumbing concerns my house is facing and advised me what I would have to work on in near future. I was very impressed by their team work. Not only they are excellent plumbers but also good communicators. The job was a hard one! But they completed their job in 1 and a half day. We had a late night water leak, and Roto Rooter was able to take an emergency appointment in the next morning. Our plumber Rob was super friendly and connected well with us and explained everything in great detail. I would highly suggest using this company to solve complex and simple problems. They found out that our problem was a leak and needed remediation. Thankfully the company has a remediation division which sped up the process. I would go with them I the future.
