We had a low pressure issue, down to about 20% and almost no hot water. We called Sat night around 6pm, we're supposed be there in about 2 hours called just over 2 hours and said they could not make it and would come out Sunday. When Jow got it seemed it was going to be an all day job $1600 to $2200 was the guesstimate, our water softener failed and dumped a bunch of tiny pellets into our water and possibly clogging everything, turned out most of it was in the tank less water heater, once it cleared out the rest was not as b... read more
