Roberto came out to take care of our problem and I can’t say enough good things about this young man. He was very engaging and friendly and got along great with my husband. His Customer Service skills are amazing and his knowledge and expertise at fixing our problem gave us so much confidence that we picked the right company and they sent the best man for the job. Worst Service! Complete rip off. Would never use or recommend. Tech tried to rip us off by billing us for items he gave us and we never asked for. The wrote the paper invoice to hide the cost but it showed in the email invoice you get once he is gone. His work was horrible and had to argue with him to go back and fix it. He then use products from our bathroom to clean the wall We had floors and carpet professionally cleaned, we told him this and he walked with his dirty shoes in the house multiple times.
