Price was very unreasonable for the work requested. Got the job done with a different highly rated company for 4 times cheaper.
Roto rooter truly helped my grandmother and I in our plumbing troubles. With the delicacies and wear and tear of an old house you want someone who is honest, and also can get the job done efficiently and quickly. Big shoutout to Jose S. and Devone B who did the grunt work but I’d also like to thank Troy who’s been so responsive and accommodating. My grandma and I are extremely satisfied!
Marco and Richard made my experience better. They were very helpful and explained everything in away I could understand. I’ll be going to Royo for all my plumbing.
