Paid a very large sum of money ($10k) for work which I later found out from a different plumber was not done per the statement of work. I have contacted the office multiple times and have not been able to get a response back.
The company charge me a night time fee of $79 for a wrong diagnostic and they were unable to do the job that night. I have call my regular plumber to get a leak fix, but my Plumber said he can't do it that night and have to come in the morning. So I called Roto Rooter and said they would charge me a $79 night fee to come asap. I said ok as long as they can fix the issue that night.
