We recently purchased our 1st home and with that comes "the joys of home ownership"! We had a leaky toilet in our master BR which prevented us from using it. We had our problem serviced by Michael. He was prompt, and took time to explain the problem and what needed to be done to repair the leak. He also gave us info to keep our toilet in good working order. He cleaned up the area when finished. He made sure all our questions were answered. We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically Michael to others.
Initially, I was pretty frustrated with RRs promptness - it really tested my patience when the dispatcher said I would be “first priority” on a rescheduled appointment - due to them not being able to fulfill my original appointment the week prior. Michael (Roto- Rooter) installed a tank less water heater. He was very knowledgeable on the product and installation. He was very professional and did a great job.
