The technician was very nice and professional, however, everything else was horrible. Scheduled time was 8-10AM. They strung me a long all day and didnt show up until 130. Then told me a toilet replacement was $750. I told them that was ridiculous. They reduced it to $500, which is still very high, should have been around $300 since I was providing the toilet. I had to speak with the manager to even get that. No one mentioned price until they were 5 hrs late and standing in my living room. I will never use them again.
My tech, Jeff, was very helpful in clearing my drain and uncovering an underlying issue. He was quick and efficient. Thanks.
