I’ve used Roto-Rooter before and came back to them because of their quality of service- once again, they did a great job. Juan and Cesar fixed an upstairs shower leak and took the time to check for water damage. They found a small amount of moisture on the subfloor, but since I had already caught the issue early and started drying it out with fans, they recommended I continue that approach rather than push for professional remediation. Horrible experience they worked on a drainage issue in March and three months later it developed a leak because they broke the pipe and left a half inch gap where the water was leaking through the walls onto my floor. And they claim it was not their fault and they are not responsible. And they didn’t even find the leak. I found the leak. So on top of being overcharged, I had to do their job for them.They take advantage of people And have terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Chris was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I really appreciated him coming late after hours to help with my water leak.
