If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called them for a second opinion on my rental property. The guy came wasted 2 hours of my time talked a bunch of unnecessary stuff proceeded to tell me I needed to redo the entire plumbing under the house to which I agreed. I asked well over 15 times for a quote so we could move forward with the job. He told me over and over again he would send me the quote. I paid the $103 trip fee and never got a quote.
