The consultant (Eudes, Tech 467) that came to help us with a toilet that wouldn't stop running was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He was upfront with how the company charges their customers which differs from other plumbers. He was also very respectful. He came on a snowy day and made sure to wipe his boots when he came into our house! My one complaint is that the window they provided was 8am-noon and he didn't show up until 2pm. Started out with a free evaluation for blockage in the main sewer line. Turned out, it was roots getting in just outside the foundation. The plumber did what he could but, could not remove all the roots without charging far more. It would have been even more to repair the section of sewer line. For his work, they could not offer their guarantee. Given the root problem.
