I recently called to have our toilet unclogged (I live on Capitol Hill) and our technician, Van Nghaka, was fantastic. He arrived within the hour, clearly explained to me the process and our options, and was up-front about the cost from the beginning. He cleared up the clog within minutes, made sure that everything was in working order again (and was sure to have me flush it myself to ensure that it was really working), and was very careful to leave absolutely no mess in our bathroom or house. Two day project on 11/20/14 turned into four due to more utilities lines in the way than imaginable and county inspector availability delay, but dig crew Dave and Nick kept at it with diligence, care and a good attitude. Work included jack hammering an interior floor and exterior excavation by hand and backhoe to replace a broken common area drain pipe. Called for service the morning of 9/23 and a technician arrived within a couple of hours. The night before my husband had rented a large snake from Home Depot and worked for hours - with no success. If there is a next time, we will skip the "do it yourself" step and call Roto Rooter right away. Kudos to the technician Ronny R., he was prompt, professional, and courteous.

My experience with Jeff today was excellent. Jeff was very kind and pleasant. He explained everything to me while he was working. Jeff cleaned up after himself and gave me a discount that was very nice.He fixed the garbage disposal, unclogged the tub, and even fixed my shower head. I had my first experience with Roto-Rooter today. The plumber, Jeff, arrived at the prescheduled time we arranged. He was very helpful, kind, and ensured I had thorough knowledge before he left. The service man, Jeff, came within 2 hours of the initial call, even though it was a non emergency. He explained the problem, and I'm confident that my under ground drain is clear. He was very professional.

This experience with Roto-Rooter was exceptionally great! The service man, Jeff, was very professional and polite. He took his time to explain how he would fix our clog and then when it was corrected, he made sure I saw that the issue was working and everything was fixed. He answered all my questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable.

Came out late at night for an issue with my hot water heater. Original tech didn't have the parts to fix it. Another tech came out today and was able to get it fixed up and my water flowing quickly. Final job was solid and cleanly done

Great service. Our technician AL was very helpful and informative, checked and rechecked everything to make sure the problem was solved! I would recommend them any day!
