I have never used RotoRooter before but had to recently and every single person who came to my house, Jeff, Lanel and Jessica were amazing! You don’t get better people than them. They came out all weekend and were nice, professional, and did an amazing job. I am so impressed with them, I will always use RotoRooter from now on! Thank you!

I had a badly clogged bathroom sink, and Bilal from Roto-Rooter came out within an hour, which was a very pleasant surprise. He was courteous, thorough, and honest in his diagnosis. I especially appreciated that he did not try to upsell me or suggest other issues just to make more money, which can sometimes happen with these service calls. I would highly recommend Bilal for any plumbing issues.

Technician was on time and knowledgeable about my issue. He was also extremely nice and kept me informed along the way so I knew what was happening. I would definitely use them again and I would request Jeff as my technician!
