Okay right off the bat. Roto Rooter is by far the most honest straight off top notch plumbing and water clean up company!! I had a new septic tank replaced less then 2 years ago...what my tank needs pumping? Woahness.....Excavation Field Supervisor, Craig Costenbader, went far and beyond to succeed in his diagnosis. We had a kitchen pipe burst and they arrived first thing in the morning on a Sunday repaired it all and put us in contact with water remediation Tony was great to work with and very knowledgeable! We would definitely use them again
