Was on time, very friendly and informative. Was very helpful and accommodating.
We came home to find the sewage line had backed up and was overflowing into our shower. Rotorooter was on site by 8am and the technician was amazing! He quickly identified the problem and was able to get our plumbing back online within 24 hours of discovering the problem! They were amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!
On a Sunday afternoon, They came out. Did what turned out to be a relatively simple job. and yes we’re on their way in no time. They didn’t overcharge me. how do I?
