We experienced our toilet not draining the Sunday night before Thanksgiving 2025. Jesse and Andrew came, explained the process, and when we were worried about the drain not clearing, they reassured us, talked about our options and that they would change over to a larger bit on the their cable and try again. Jeremy showed up exactly when he said he would. Cleaned out roots from our sewer pipe and did it all plus cleaned everything spic and spam in about 40 minutes. I will recommend Roto Rooter to everyone!

We had roto rooter show up to clear a clogged drain line on 11/4. Nathan did a great job and we thought we had it all cleared. They were able to get here within 2 hours of my call. Customer called me and let me know it was backing up again, I called roto rooter out again. Kenny arrived within 2 hours again, discovered what the issue was and got it completely cleared and rinsed the line all the way to the street. Had massive clog within house and along the sewerline. Toan, the technician managed to clear both areas out. He was able to inform of the process of what needed to get done along with any questions I had at the end, along with providing tips to reduce the chances of the problem occurring again.
