Ridiculous had an appointment never came out. Rescheduled the next day never came out. Bogus company find another plumber they suck

Lied about the problem and asked for 10k to replace. Had another plumber come and for 3 hours rodded the bullcrap through for 450$ 100$ less then what they charged to "check it out". Dont buy it. I bet 100% OF THESE HIGH RATINGS ARE THEM AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE MONEY TO EASILY FORK OVER. THEY DO A GOOD JOB, JUST VERY VERY POOR IN TRYING TO DO A DECENT MORALLY RIGHT JOB FOR THE PRICE IT DESERVES . I am so confused about these 5 star reviews. The positive is they will come out anytime. I should've known something was off when I could not get a quote or price range over the phone. I usually have my main drain cleaned out every 1 to 2 years. Normal maintenance. I pay about $200-250. Not bad. This time I called Roto Rooter because I could not get in with my usual company.
