I am very grateful to have had great service at such a late hour but it was an emergency. My toilet started overflowing middle of the night and Roto-Rooter sent someone over right away. Andrew was great! He totally fixed everything, he was very professional and friendly. Afterwards the bathroom was completely cleaned. I had a guest staying with me so I was really stressed out but everything looks good now and seems to be working. Someone will come back for a free check up again tomorrow which is good.
Quick and fair price
I had a clog in my sink in my garage and called Roto-Rooter. They sent out a young man who tried to use a “snake” to remove the clog, but he was unsuccessful. He told me that he would send out a more experienced technician. Two days later, the other technician and another young fellow who he was teaching… Came to the house and the young fellow tried to remove the clog with the snake, but he was unable to finally the older experienced technician was able to snake the drain freely.
