Oscar came on time, was incredibly polite and personable, explained the situation with our water heater, gave me various options, and helped me get to the right answer. On February 12th 2026, on Duarte Rd Arcadia Ca. It was 1000 % refreshing to have the technician Andrew A. Investigate so thorough and educated the plumbing issues I desperately needed checked. He took my anxiety levels to zero . He's an honest professional. Roto Rooter is fortunate! to have him as a technician. I would highly recommend him. And I could see him advancing to a trainer / educator . I look forward to hiring him for more future plumbing jobs.
