Despite the high fee and the fact that they overcharged me significantly for replacement parts, the first technician couldn't completely fix the problem. A second technician came because it was still under warranty, but they said that this time they needed to install a panel on the hallway wall, which would incur an additional charge, and the faucet itself remained unfixed.
