Marcus was very helpful and efficient when I needed to retrieve a flushed item. Without the right tool it could have been very messy but it was quick and clean as it can be. Pleasant experience overall.
Very expensive! If you have a small plumbing issue, do not bother calling them as the starting charge for any issue is $470. I had a small plumbing issue, and was still quoted $500, complete waste of time. They should definitely let people know of the minimum charge before scheduling someone to come out.
