Everything about this service was good. Prompt arrival time, friendly and knowledgeable repair person, and most importantly he fixed my drain clog issue. In fact, it even fixed a long time gurgle in the drain which I just assumed was “normal” for that particular drain. I would certainly use them again.
Larry explained how the back-up occurred and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He answered all my questions and the work site was completely clean after he left. I was able to get an appointment the same I called with no extra fee.

Freakin' AMAZING!!!! Long story short... clogged main waste pipe, they came out quickly and worked diligently! The plumbers Randy and Mike were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable!! They did a great job informing us on what the problem was, what they were going to do to fix it, helped clean up, gave us tips to prevent future problems, and informed us of the guarantee! Roto-Rooter had someone out to fix my clogged kitchen drain within an hour and a half of my call. My tech, Ishmell, was training another tech and they took all the time needed to complete the repair and provided suggestions of what I could do to avoid futher clogs. My ticket # was 30-16572668. I would deinitely call them again.
